Frequently Asked Questions

  • What can a client expect when reaching out to us?

Initially, we schedule a convenient time to visit your property and assess the items you wish to sell, clearly marking everything that will be included in the sale.

Next, we photograph and take notes on sizes, makes, models, and other relevant details.

Finally, we return with market values for each item you want to sell and confirm these values with you. We handle items ranging from $5 to $50,000, without any discrimination.

  • We will conduct the same preliminary processes as an estate sale. Though instead we will contact industry professionals for the assets you have.

The professionals will receive photos of the items and all necessary information.

They will then come and take a final in person look at the assets and come back with an offer for the items.

With the clients approval of the offer. All coordination for pick up of the assets will be done by us.

As with the estate sale all payments will be made out to the company and the funds will be redistributed to the client with our commission taken out.

  • When a client confirms their desire to sell items, either through a sale or individually, we begin by photographing all assets. Items valued at $2,000 and above can be listed separately from the main sale.

When: Clients specify which weekend works best for them, though most prefer a Friday and Saturday sale, with some opting for Sunday as well.

Where: Sales take place on the client's property, and clients are welcome to be present during the event.

How: We share photos and descriptions of the items across various online platforms ahead of the sale. Our team handles all inquiries regarding the items.

  • What percentage do you charge in compensation for sold items?

When discussing market values, we aim to find a comfortable percentage compensation for both the client and ourselves, primarily based on the client's total asset value.

Previous clients have agreed to compensation ranges of 15% to 50% for sales, depending on the overall asset value.
